Our History
Ms. Judy Young founded our company in 1987. She was the first president of the Louisiana Notary Association and was one of the first certified notary instructors. Ms. Young has taught civil law notary at several Louisiana Universities. Today, Ms. Young enjoys semiretirement but still visits the office to write small successions and her favorite documents.
In 2016 Mr. Glyn Morden became our senior managing partner, assuming overall responsibility for the management of Notary at Large, LLC and Instant Title & license, LLC. In 2017 we changed our names to All Parish Notary Service and All Parish License & Title. Our new name recognized the fact that we were now servicing the entire state of Louisiana. Today we service notary work state-wide for individuals and businesses. All Parish License & Title provides DMV work for major national clients and automobile dealers. Our wedding officiant division now performs scores of weddings yearly and has won six national awards within the last four years.
